At Kalakriti.store, we are committed to ensuring that your handcrafted products are delivered safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping practices, timelines, and responsibilities for orders placed through our website.
We ship across India and offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before final payment. Delivery time depends on the location, distance, and our logistics partners. In some pincodes, our shipping partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For more queries, please email us.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS.
- You can also check the order status by Logging into your Kalakriti.store account.
Order Processing Time:
All confirmed orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Order placed after cut-off timings will be processed the next business day.
- Standard delivery within metro cities: 3-5 working days.
- Other Locations: 5-7 working days, depending on courier service availability.
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than the estimated time.
- For urgent delivery requests, please email us and mention the requested delivery time in the order notes. We will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee expedited delivery.
Packaging And Safety:
- We use secure and protective packaging to minimize breakage or transit damage.
- In case of damaged products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.
Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries:
Orders are shipped via reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Bluedart, Amazon Shipping and others. If your address is outside their serviceable areas, we will contact you for alternative solutions.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will usually reattempt.
- Orders returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer support.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or altered.
- Orders canceled at the doorstep or with 3 failed delivery attempts will not be refunded.
